ADULT DIVISION

 

Hip Hop:

This dance form is evolving in many different directions today, heavily influenced by the evolution of hip hop music.

   
Dance Fitness: This class incorporates, stretching, strengthening, and toning, along with a basic dance inspired cardio combination.
   
Tap:

To do a rhythmic and patterned succession of steps to music using tap shoes that cause the steps to be audible.

   
Ballet: This is the foundation in which all dance is based upon.  A classical dance form characterized by grace and precision of movement.  Ballet is a required class for all students taking jazz & modern.
   
Ballroom:

Social dance usually performed by couples in dance halls or at social gatherings.  It includes standard dances such as the fox-trot, waltz, polka, tango, charleston, jitterbug, and meringue.

   
Remix Yoga: "Flow with Flavor"  A style of vinyasa yoga fused with dance and martial arts movements.  This practice packs a real powerful punch!
